Terms of service
Last updated: October 26, 2026
These terms apply to your use of Tagfox, a Shopify app operated by DIGIGID. By installing or using Tagfox you agree to them.
The service
Tagfox lets Shopify merchants design and print barcode and price labels for their products, and create barcodes for variants that don’t have one. You need an active Shopify store to use it.
Plans and billing
- The Free plan includes a monthly number of labels and generated barcodes, shown in the app.
- Paid plans are billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice. Prices are shown in the app and on the Shopify App Store before you subscribe.
- You can cancel at any time by downgrading or uninstalling the app. Charges already made are handled under Shopify’s billing terms.
- We may change prices with advance notice in the app. Changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.
Your responsibilities
- Check a test print before printing large batches, and check that prices and barcodes on your labels are correct.
- Barcodes created by Tagfox use the in-store range (starting with 20). They are meant for use inside your own business. If you sell through retailers that require GS1 barcodes, buy those from GS1.
- Do not use the app to break the law or Shopify’s terms.
Availability
We work to keep Tagfox available and accurate, but the app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales or wasted label stock. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the three months before the claim.
Ending use
You can stop using Tagfox at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access if the app is misused. See our privacy policy for what happens to your data.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use Tagfox after a change means you accept the new terms.
